The steel components of the furniture of the DEHORS collection are made of AISI 316 steel (one of the most expensive among the standard steels), which assures a better resistance to chloride corrosion (like water and sea atmosphere). One of the main characteristic of AISI 316 steel is also the easy cleaning-up and the excellent hygienic coefficient.
The turnings in aluminium and the iron parts have been submitted to galvanic procedures, in order to get a particular plating, with suitable thickness, in order to keep the intrinsic characteristics of resistance to opacification, corrosion, erasure and scratches. Also the lacquered parts have high resistance against the corrosive effect the environmental conditions.
